PROCESSING & SHIPMENTS Orders placed online are generally processed and shipped within 2 business days if the items are in stock. Occasionally we need to get items to our Processing Center from one of our many retail locations. This can cause a slight delay. If an ordered product is out of stock, you will be notified via email and the item will be shipped upon arrival. NOTIFICATIONS & EMAILS After your initial online order, we will send you a confirmation email. It will include a list of the products you ordered, the address that the shipment will be sent to, and the total amount that will be charged to your credit card. You will also receive an order number that can be referenced, in case you have any questions, concerns, or you would like to request a change to your order. Send us an email at mailorder@uoduckstore.com or call us toll-free at 1.800.352.1733. You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped. This will list the status of all items ordered, date of processing, shipping method, and will include a tracking number if the package is sent UPS. The email will also indicate out-of-stock items. Backordered items will be sent as soon as we receive them. SHIPPING METHODS We ship most domestic mail orders via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service Priority Mail. The chosen shipping method for each order is dependent upon destination, package weight, and shipping charges assessed. Small orders (a single T-shirt or hat) generally ship Priority Mail. Large orders generally ship UPS. Only orders shipped via UPS will have online tracking. See details below. Very small orders (decals, patches, pencils, etc.), at our discretion, may be sent via First Class Mail with a reduced shipping and handling charge. The absolute minimum shipping and handling charge for any mail order is $3.00.

UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Select are available, if orders are needed quickly, for an additional fee. Please let us know if you would like one of these services by making the appropriate comment in the "Notes" section of the order. Your shipping email confirmation will indicate the method of service used. Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday. PLEASE NOTE: UPS only delivers Monday through Friday. If you are ordering on Friday, and plan on having your order delivered on Saturday using UPS Next Day Air, an extra Saturday Delivery charge of $12.50 (on top of the UPS Next Day Air charges) will be added to your total. Sunday delivery service is not available.

APO, FPO, AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Shipping charges for APO and FPO boxes generally follow the chart above. Large orders to an APO or FPO box may require a higher shipping and handling charge, depending on the weight and destination of the package.

Shipping charges for International Orders vary greatly. Please send us an email with the items that you are interested in buying, your address, and the destination country. We will email back information on ordering, including shipping and handling charges. We will be happy to answer any questions that you have, so please let us know how we can help you.

If you email our staff, please include the following information for EACH item you would like to order:
  • Product Name and/or I.D. Number
  • Product Size
  • Quantity
  • Style/Color (if necessary)
  • Complete shipping address
DO NOT INCLUDE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER IN ANY EMAILS.

TRACKING UPS ORDERS If your shipping notification email indicates your order was shipped via UPS, you will also receive a tracking number. You can use this number on the UPS website [http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html] to check on the status of your shipped order. PRIVACY ISSUES We are pleased to inform our customers that we do not sell, trade or otherwise distribute any personal information. This includes email addresses, phone numbers, and all other personal information. Any email that a customer receives from us would only be about a specific order that they have placed.
