You're a Duck!

And we couldn't be more excited. The Duck Store is the campus bookstore, but we also have art and school supplies, computers, tech accessories, Duck gear, a café and much more. This page covers everything you can find right on campus.

Step 1:
Find out what books you need.

Step 2:
Get what you need.

We bet buying books is what you are looking forward to most about college. Ok, that may not be the case, but here's everything you need to know to make the process as painless as possible (spoiler: ordering online helps).

How to Buy Your Books

You can sell your books back to us any time of the year, but you’ll get the best deal at the end of each term during our Textbook Buyback period.

  • Book Discounts

Everyone loves discounts. Our used textbooks are at least 32% OFF the publisher’s list price. Plus we are one of only a handful of college stores that offer an everyday discount on new textbooks.

  • Course Materials

Not just textbooks anymore, we have everything your professor wants you to have from online access codes to course packets to iClickers.

Chalk, paper, scissors (and so much more).

Most classes at the UO require colored pencils, a glue stick and two highlighters. Actually, that was 4th grade. But you can find those things, and much more, in our Art & School Supplies Department.

Largest Outside of Portland

Get Portland selection without the trip. Our Art & School Supplies Department has the largest selection in Oregon outside of Portland.

Tools of the Trade Show

Visit with local and regional artists at our Tools of the Trade Show as they share their knowledge and trade secrets.

Back to School Sales

We want students to be successful without breaking the bank. Sign up here to hear about deals first, then drop in at the beginning of each term to save on back to school basics.

Product Experts

Our product experts are here for you! We’ll help you find the right type of blue paint for the project in your Spanish class (you know, the one due tomorrow morning) so you can focus your energy on creating rather than searching the store.

Frequent Buyer Card

Once people discover our Art & School Supplies Department, they have a hard time staying away. To reward our loyal customers, we offer a Frequent Buyer Card. Once you spend $200, you’ll get $20 off your next purchase.

Tech essentials for today’s student (it is 2016, after all).

Trust us — saving some money by writing papers on a 1980s electric typewriter is a bad idea. Take a look at the latest computers, tablets, software and accessories in our Technology Department.

Trade In, Trade Up

We’ll trade you your old tech for a shiny new Duck Store gift card.

Student Experts

Been there, done that. Our student experts can help you learn all about technology on campus.

We're Ducks, too.

We exist to serve University of Oregon students, faculty and staff, and that’s just what we’ve been doing that since 1920. How we do that has changed over the years, but our commitment to Ducks hasn’t.

  • Stewardship

We consider it a privilege to serve and invest in where we live and grow. The four areas we focus on are: The University of Oregon, our communities, our employees and our efforts toward social responsibility.

  • Board of Directors

First and foremost, we work for Ducks. The Duck Store is run by a board of UO students, staff and faculty who make decisions about how we spend money. Joining our board looks great on a résumé!

Are you #DuckProud?

We mailed out thousands of O decals (no worries if we missed you —
we have plenty of extras at The Campus Store).

Here’s where you can choose another decal to add to it.

The decals will be available in the Campus Duck Store’s Book Department (2nd floor) between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on the 2nd day of IntroDUCKtion.

Disclaimer: Decals quantities estimated based on survey response and available while supplies last. If the requested decal is not available at IntroDUCKtion, we will have additional decals available during Week of Welcome.

That's not all.

There's more to discover at The Duck Store than course materials, tech and supplies. Here's a quick summary of some other things you can find at the store.
