Our Social & Racial Justice Commitments

The Duck Store is a nonprofit store that exists to serve the needs of University of Oregon students, faculty and staff. Racism deeply impacts individuals we are here to serve, and we have an obligation to be part of the solution. We commit to:

• Supporting University of Oregon programs and organizations related to diversity, equity and inclusion

• Supporting minority-owned business partners

• Increasing employment and board of directors diversity

• Increasing diversity and representation in advertising

• Supporting community organizations and programs working to address systemic racism

• Soliciting input and suggestions from all levels of our organization to address issues of racial inequality
