How do I return my textbook?

2024-2025 Undergrad/Grad Deadlines:
Fall 2024: Saturday, October 5, 2024
Winter 2025: Saturday, January 11, 2025
Spring 2025: Saturday, April 5, 2025
Summer Term:
Main & Session I: Saturday, June 28, 2025
Session II: Saturday, July 26, 2025
Session III: Saturday, August 23, 2025
2024-2025 Law School Deadlines:
Fall Semester: Saturday, August 31, 2024
J-Term: Tuesday, January 7, 2025
Spring Semester: Saturday, January 18, 2025
Refunds must be postmarked or returned to the Flagship Campus Duck Store on 13th & Kincaid by the refund deadline to receive a full refund onto the card associated with the original purchase.
If you have missed this deadline, please contact us at (800) 352-1733 or email orders@uoduckstore.com to see if you qualify for an extension of the book return process. If you are needing a different book please place another order online for the replacement book.
You will be refunded once your exchange/return arrives at The Duck Store in resell-able condition.

Digital eBooks

In most cases, digital ebooks are not returnable. If you need to request an exception be made to return/refund an ebook, please submit a Return Request via My Account on UODuckStore.com or email orders@uoduckstore.com with your order number and the name of the ebook(s).

Digital Access Codes

Once you have redeemed a code to register for access, it CANNOT be used again OR refunded. Please make sure you plan to stay in the course for which the access code was purchased, and/or that you have the correct access code for your course BEFORE redeeming.

General Information

The majority of all refunds are handled during the week of every term. We know mistakes happen during the hectic book buying process and so we try to do everything we can to make returning your textbook as easy as possible.

Guidelines

  • Do not damage or write in your books.
  • Wet or water-damaged books are non-returnable.
  • Do not unwrap bundled books or remove price sticker tags.
  • Books purchased after the refunds deadline are non-returnable.
