Processing Timelines

At this time, orders will typically leave our facility in 3-5 business days after being placed. This processing time is not included in the estimated Delivery Method shipping timelines stated at checkout.

2 Day & Overnight orders placed before 11 AM PST will processed the same business day. If your expedited order was placed after 11 AM PST or on the weekend, it will be processed the following business day. Please note, we cannot ship expedited orders to PO Boxes.

FedEx does not deliver on weekends. Overnight orders placed after 11 AM PST on Thursdays and before Friday at 11 AM PST will be delivered the following Monday. Overnight orders placed after 11 AM PST on Friday or Saturday/Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

If you select 2 Day or Next Day Air and we are not able to meet this timeline, we will contact you ASAP to discuss your delivery options.

Promotions & Promo Codes

In most cases, promotions are not combinable. Multiple promo codes can be applied in cart if they apply to different products. If an item is eligible for multiple promotions, it can only be discounted once. For example, if you enter two promo codes, only one can be applied to a single item unless otherwise specified in the promotion language or email newsletter. Some items are excluded from promotions and will not be discounted with our general transaction or item discounts. Please click here for a list of exclusions.

If you are trying to enter a Gift Card or a Rewards Code, please proceed to the Payment step at Checkout and enter the authorization code into the "Gift Card" field.
