Why do I have multiple charges on my credit card account?

Immediately after placing your order, an authorization hold will be placed on your credit card. You card will be charged when we process your order (usually within 24-72 hours).
If you attempted to place your order more than once (most commonly due to an address verification or security code issue) it is possible that you will see more than one authorization charge on your card.
Be assured we will not charge your card for any non-successful order attempts. If you cancel an order, we will void the authorization hold placed on your card. The authorization hold should be cleared within 1-2 business days.
Authorization charges typically clear within 1-2 business days.
If you have questions regarding authorization holds for attempted orders, please contact your card-issuing bank to inquire about clearing those authorization holds.
